Fee Relief:
We ask that all families contact Centrelink prior to starting at the centre to arrange your rebate. Fees are calculated on a sliding scale according to your family’s gross income.
How to do this:
Contact Centrelink on 13 61 50 and tell them you wish to register your child at Hawthorn Child Care and Early Learning Centre. Our centre provider number is 555001729T. At the time of this phone call, document both yours and your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN) as both will be needed by the Centre to complete your enrolment.
